" And truly He gave some to be apostles, and some to be prophets, and some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.  And this until we all come into the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a full-grown man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; so that we no longer may be infants, tossed to and fro and carried about by every wind of doctrine, in the dishonesty of men, in cunning craftiness, to the wiles of deceit." - Ephesians 4: 11 - 14 (NKJV)

Jesus Christ came to the earth with a clear mandate, to seek and save the lost!  To be lost means, to destroy, to die, perish, and is written in the Creek language as "ap-ol'-loo-mee".  It comes from the word "apo", meaning to be "off", or away from something it is supposed to be attached to.  This includes a separation from it's created purpose in the sense of distance (wrong place), time (wrong season), or in relation to the origin, owner or creator (fellowship/ownership/destiny).

The Apostle Paul clearly wrote to the Church at Ephesus, that Jesus gave Himself in 5 forms/ministry-operational functions to us, the Body, to assist, equip, train, develop, ourselves until we are all restored to our full position in Him.  We need the impartation of those operating in these various forms of Grace, so that we can become effective in our callings, to reach and restore those He sends us to.

This Mentor Program is designed to equip God's Children exactly for the above reason.  It will be aimed at breaking down the barriers preventing healthy communication between God and us.  Most people are unaware that the very first attack on Mankind, was the removal of his ability to hear God clearly, and accurately.  The devil's first and main purpose in the garden of Eden was, to distort God's voice and to create doubt in man's heart, considering his ability to hear and understand God!  This condition caused man to separate himself from God's presence, resulting in man being "lost".

I was called at the age of 4 years old, but only stepped into full-time ministry in my late 30's.  God allowed me to follow a career in the military, and the law-enforcement agencies, where obedience, submission, trust, and commitment was a matter of life-and-death.  I had to learn how to follow strict instructions and commands, even when nothing made sense.  When I left my previous career at a very successful and sought-after level, and reported for duty in God's service,  He took me completely out of circulation, lead me into the wilderness, and began to adjust and re-align my previous training and experience, to serve Him and His people at a very unique manner.

Through intense training, He taught me to hear Him, under all circumstances and to obey Him, no matter the cost, circumstances or sacrifice it demands.  This program is designed to bring others into alignment with their God-given destiny and purpose on earth.  It will restore those who are still "lost", realign those who are out of place, ignite those who lacks zeal and fire, and bring about upliftment and promotion.

Although I present many Conferences on a regular basis at various venues internationally, I have committed myself to reaching more vessels for Him through this media, and more frequently.

Some of you may know my testimony of when I spent 2 weeks with Him on a mountain in South Korea, every morning for 2 hours.  This happened in October 2003, and at the end of the 2 weeks His command was clear: "Go and raise an army of Champions whom I will release across the face of the earth, to bring in the nations..."   Seven years of training in the back-side of the desert followed, during which I decreased and He increased, and was completed again in South Korea, in October 2010.

Through this program, He will impart the exact requirements for service in this army of Champions.
